Deputy Chairman of the government of Khabarovsk territory Yury Salnikov has demanded to involve the local journalist criminally liable for the reminder of his criminal record.
As reported Znak.com in 2005 Yuri Salnikov was convicted under article 112 of the criminal code (“Intentional infliction of harm to health of average weight”) and sentenced to 2 years and 4 months of imprisonment in a colony-settlement. While Salnikov criminal record denied, although he stated that his crime was exaggerated.
Local journalist Olga Shabalina reported in a Telegram that Seals wants her prosecuted under article 137 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Infringement of inviolability of private life”) due to the publication of this information in telegram channel.
