Security theater Director Kirill Serebrennikov, who was convicted on charges of embezzlement in “the Seventh Studio”, will not appeal against a guilty verdict of the Moscow court. This was reported by TASS, his lawyer Dmitry Kharitonov.
According to him, Serebrennikov refused to send the appeal. The defender said that his client was “very tired from the courts and after the decision declaring him guilty is depressed”.
Earlier today it became known that the verdict in the case, “the Seventh Studio” is challenged, as it challenged the lawyers of ex-General producer of Studio seven Alexey Malopolska and former General Director “the Seventh Studio” Yuri itina.
