Mexico helped the United States to catch former American soldier who had intended to betray the interests of his country. Elizabeth Joe Shirley was charged with possession of top-secret documents of the defense Department and plans to transfer them to Russia.
according to the Ministry of justice in Washington, Shirley contacted the Russian authorities by letter and requested ubieda. In return the woman promised to share with Moscow any information about employees of the Pentagon.
