Mandatory labelling of shoes and medicines will be introduced in Russia from 1 July

In Russia from July 1 will start to operate the mandatory labeling of medicinal products and footwear. This was announced by Deputy industry and trade Viktor Evtukhov, reports TASS.

Authorities took the decision on the introduction of labeling, although industry representatives were asked to postpone the period of 1 January 2021 due to the unavailability of equipment, delays in tuning and coronavirus constraints to speed up the preparation. According to authorities, the postponement of the introduction of the system “devalues” the work already done for the preparation of said Evtukhov, so the period it was decided not to transfer.
