investigators believe that in 2016 Popov, as head of the Department of the Ministry of education, allocated in the framework of the state order of 40 million roubles Lukashevich, which was then headed by a commercial company. The terms of reference involves the development of an automatic system for processing scientific data. “The money has been spent, the system is not created. And the priests signed the documents that the order is executed”, — said the source.
He added that later the priests went to work in the centre. There, he occupies the post of head of Department of projects implementation in the sphere of education and science.
