in the most corrupt regions, this ratio ranges from of 29.68 to 26,31. In ten of these regions consists of Mordovia, Chuvashia, Kamchatka, Arkhangelsk, Bryansk, Magadan, Novgorod, Orenburg, Saratov and Tyumen region.
the Smallest coefficient — of 6.41 to 9.94 recorded in Ingushetia, Khakassia, Altai Krai, Vologda, Moscow, Murmansk, Penza regions, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district.
