Media: Putin will personally explain the amendments to the Constitution and appeal to the Russians

Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate in informing the Russians about the nature of the amendments to the Constitution prior to voting on 1 July. This is reported by “Vedomosti”, citing a source close to the presidential administration.
