It is reported TASS citing a source in law enforcement bodies.
“Deputy Prosecutor General Victor grin has cancelled the decision of the Chairman of the IC Alexander Bastrykin on excitation of criminal case against the investigator of the Central office of IC”, — said the source.
Earlier, the SK reported that a criminal case against an unnamed investigator Department of the Central office under part 6 St. 290 criminal code (“Receiving bribes in especially large size”). The investigator was arrested and charged. Source TASS in law enforcement bodies has informed, that we are talking about the investigator Ruslan Miniahmetov. He was investigating a criminal case against the General-Lieutenant FSKN Alexander Bulbov, a former chief of the Main Directorate for economic security and combating corruption of the interior Ministry of Denis Sugrobov, in relation to Alexei Navalny — the case of “Kirovles” and the case “Yves Rocher”.
