the Staff of the Public oversight Commission (POC) of Moscow blocked access to the office, reports “Interfax” with reference to the message of the Executive Secretary of the PMC Alexey Melnikov.
According to Melnikov, the building of the krapivensky pereulok, where the office for storage of references to the PMC to “capture the unknown”. Melnikov told the news Agency that members of the Commission are not allowed in “men of a strong Constitution, which are submitted by volunteers”.
Executive Secretary of the PMC said that unknown persons claim that they are the new tenants and they have a contract, however, present at the place of the CEO of the company-the owner of the building declares that any contracts with outsiders were not concluded. Melnikov added that he intends in connection with the events to contact the city Prosecutor’s office.
