Media: Victims of strike in Afghanistan began at least 50 people

In Herat province in Western Afghanistan launched air strikes on militants grouping “Taliban” (banned in Russia) who had gathered to welcome their leader who was released from prison.

According to RIA Novosti, in an attack killed at least 50 people, among whom were civilians.

At a local hospital reported that the treatment received five people with various injuries.

Local authorities have announced the death of six commanders of the “Taliban”, reports TV channel Tolo News, but official confirmation of this information yet.

Meanwhile, the Taliban staged an explosion in Herat province, leaving mine on the road. Eight people died, including women and children.
