In Russia, 44 in the region close to the threshold of epidemic indicators, making possible the transition to the first stage of lifting the restrictions imposed because of the pandemic coronavirus.
These figures were announced by the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova, the TV channel “Russia-24”.
As explained Popova, in 17 regions of the country the prevalence of infection equal to one, and 27 is less than one.
This ratio determines the average number of people infect one patient, and used for decision-making about the phased lifting of quarantine measures. According to recommendations of Rospotrebnadzora, the first phase of the removal of restrictions regions can proceed at a rate below 1.0, the second phase — in the ratio below 0.8 (with the other conditions).
