Moscow and St. Petersburg is not ranked in the top 80 of the most developed cities in the world

the top five most developed cities included London, new York, Paris, Tokyo, Reykjavik. In the top-20 hit as Copenhagen, Berlin, Amsterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Zurich, Oslo, Chicago, Stockholm, Washington, Los Angeles, Sydney, Vienna, Seoul and San Francisco.

Moscow was only at 87 place in the rating, but managed to get around Dubai, Athens, Sofia and Belgrade. Saint Petersburg was ranked 124 place. The Laggards were named and another Russian city — Novosibirsk, it has taken 159.

Belarusian Minsk took 111 place, Ukrainian Kyiv — 115.

the Worst cities recognized Venezuelan Caracas, Lahore Pakistani, Nigerian Lagos, Cairo and Egypt.
