the meeting can’t be matched on the basis of the presidential decree of 2 April “On measures on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population in connection with the spread of the new coronavirus infection” and the decree of the mayor of Moscow from March 5 “On introduction of high alert”.
Recall that from June 25 to July 1, held a nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution, and the voting results will fail on 1 July.
