NATO has launched large-scale exercises in the North Atlantic

NATO Military exercise began in the North Atlantic ocean. Exercises Dynamic Mongoose will last until July 10.

the training involved six countries — Germany, France, Canada, Norway, USA and UK. Involved five ships, five submarines and the same number of patrol aircraft. Logistical support in Reykjavik Iceland provides.

As specified in NATO, the purpose of the maneuvers is to practice combat operations against submarines. These exercises are conducted annually. Earlier, the Admiral of the U.S. Navy John Richardson called them “a clear signal to Russia”.
