NATO to strengthen presence in the Black sea to confront Russia

NATO will increase air patrols in the air and the number of naval ships in the Black sea, to resist the extension of Russian military presence in the region. Negotiators acknowledged that “the situation in the black sea region continues to deteriorate as Russia builds up their military presence there and changes the balance of power”.
