the Pandemic has changed the world so much that to return to the “old normal” no longer available. We have to adapt to “new”, declared the Director-General of the world health organization (who), Tedros Ghebreyesus at a press conference.

“We ask everyone to treat decision-making about where to go, what to do and who to see as matters of life and death. <...> Your choice may mean the difference between life and death for someone you love, or for a complete stranger,” said Gebreyesus.

He also noted that the majority of people in the world are still vulnerable and can be infected with a virus. And even if cases of infection in a particular region a bit, “it does not mean that you can relax,” added the head of the who. He urged not to wait for that “someone else will take care of security”, and to take care of themselves.
