At the age of 82 years died a famous hockey player and coach Yuri Andreev. This is the official website of Omsk “Avangard”.
Andreyev was called “the legend of Omsk hockey.” He was the oldest hockey player of Omsk and the last of the first part of the Omsk Spartak, he played for the Omsk team “Spartacus”, “Aeroflot”, “Rubber”.
He wore the title of champion of the RSFSR, was the master of sports of the USSR. As a coach he has trained famous players — Anatoly Mykalo, Alexander Frolov, Stanislav Ruban, Vladimir Kopcowa, Nikolai Berezovsky.
