“about 3.6 billion rubles will be additionally allocated for special payments to employees of social institutions who work with patients with coronavirus and people at risk”, — stated in the message.
Thus, for these purposes, the total amount of the budget will exceed 11 billion rubles.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed to extend the “coronavirus” payments to social workers before September 15. He also assured that the authorities will do everything possible to support physicians. According to him, the Russian health care in a difficult situation showed the ability to react and work, while in some countries the overloading of hospitals has resulted in a high mortality rate from coronavirus. He also urged to learn lessons from the situation with coronavirus, indicating that the pandemic has revealed a number of unresolved problems.
