Add that this is not the first public kiss of the head of state. In the summer of 2006, Russian President kissed on the stomach five-year-old Nikita Konkin, who came on a tour of the Kremlin of Kolomna near Moscow. And in 2012, he blew a kiss to the girl Masha in the course of the meeting with pregnant women from flood-stricken Krymsk.
