Putin appointed chiefs of three regional Ministry of internal Affairs

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed heads of regional UMVD in the three region — Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district, the Smolensk region and in the Komi Republic.

As reported by RBC with reference to sources in the Central apparatus of the Ministry of internal Affairs, the office of YANAO was headed by the Colonel of police Sergey Kostenko. The post was vacant, the acting head of Ministry of internal Affairs was Colonel of police Igor Stepanchuk.

Ministry of internal Affairs across the Smolensk region headed by police Colonel Valery sargin.

the Head of the interior Ministry in Komi Republic appointed Colonel of police Andrey Sitsky. Prior to this appointment, he was Minister of police Colonel Vladislav Mingela.
