Referring to the head of Norilsk Nickel Vladimir Potanin, Putin said that if the tank is “timely change”, but nothing would happen, and the company would not have to bear the expenses on elimination of consequences of emergency. Potanin at the same meeting assessed the costs of dealing with the emergency at least 10 billion roubles, and noted that the company will pay these expenses.
