Russian President Vladimir Putin asked the state Duma Deputy Mikhail Degtyarev to take the position of acting head of the Khabarovsk territory. This was reported on the Kremlin website.
“Mikhail, got a job for You, very responsible, very important and, of course, very necessary for the country, referring to the region that I want to offer You to lead the Khabarovsk Krai”, — Putin addressed Degtyarev.
