Putin signed a decree on introducing amendments to the Constitution

At the same time in connection with the need to take into account the epidemiological situation, it was decided to hold a vote during the week from 25 June to 1 July. According to the CEC for amendments to the Constitution voted by more than 77% of the votes, against — of 21.27%. Meanwhile, the opposition said it would not recognize the results of the vote, as were numerous violations.
