Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the working group on preparation of amendments to the Constitution on 3 July. As reported TASS, said the press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
“Yes, I confirm. Such a meeting will be held,” he said.
a nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed because of the coronavirus on 1 July. At the same time because of the need to consider the epidemiological situation, it was decided to hold a vote during the week from 25 June to 1 July.
For amendments to the Constitution voted by more than 77% of the votes, against — of 21.27%.
