Quarantine for rabies introduced in two districts of Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has announced a quarantine in two Metropolitan areas after the detection of rabies in domestic animals. This became known from the reports portal of the mayor and government of Moscow.

According to the order of the mayor, the quarantined settlement of Sosenskoye Novomoskovsky administrative areas and the Nagatinsky Zaton district of the southern administrative district, for a term until 28 September.

In connection with the quarantine in these areas is prohibited exhibitions of dogs and cats, pet trade, and their export outside the territories.
