In the sky over Rostov, today, about noon, appeared a halo. ⠀ This is an atmospheric optical phenomenon that occurs due to secondary glow around the Sun. In fact, it resembles a large ring rainbow. ⠀ As scientists say, there are many types of halos and they are mostly caused by ice crystals in Cirrus clouds in the upper troposphere at a height of from five to ten kilometers. ⠀ Who saw halo?
