At the same time, Rosstat says that the increase in fuel prices recorded in almost all regions of Russia engaged in the production of gasoline from 4.1% in the Sakhalin region to 41.5% in the Ryazan region.

In Moscow and St. Petersburg retail gasoline prices rose last month by 0.5% and 0.6% respectively.
