Russia has fulfilled the target of eliminating extreme poverty, listed in the Russian review for the UN. It is reported by RIA “Novosti” with reference to the text of the document.
“On the basic parameters of Russia achieved the goal of eliminating extreme poverty”, — stated in the review.
the Russian policy in this sphere provides for the reduction of the national poverty line “at least twice” by 2024. According to the authors of the review, to achieve this will be through the implementation of national projects and development of mechanisms for the support of the population.
