the Russian Government has submitted for ratification to the state Duma the Protocol on restructuring of loan to Venezuela in the amount of $3.4 billion, reports the correspondent of “Rosbalt”.
the Protocol must be paid to the contract signed in 2011 between the two countries ‘ governmental agreement on granting a state loan in the amount of up to $4 billion, with interest up to 7.4% per annum for the purpose of financing Venezuela’s supplies of Russian industrial products.
the Last payment on the loan, the Venezuelan party must produce 30 September 2026, to the document.
