the authors of the petition note that the socio-economic situation in the country has not improved, although the business gradually and are starting to get back to work. “Many are unable to pay off debts, buy children clothes for summer, <...> people are still sitting with no money and with fear waiting for the start of the school year. the authors of the appeal called on the President to provide financial assistance to families with children in August to give all of the regular benefits. “We, the Russian mother, ask the President to help,” — follows from the text of the petition.
