Investigators opened a criminal case on the fact of misappropriation of 46 million roubles and negligence of the all-Russian advanced training Institute of Ministry of interior of Russia in Moscow. This was announced by the representative of GSU SK across Moscow region Olga Brady.
“Investigators of the first Department for investigation of particularly important cases of GSU SK of Russia across Moscow region criminal case on the fact of misappropriation of budget funds (paragraph “b” of part 2 of article 285.1 of the criminal code) and negligence of officials of the Federal state institution of additional education “Russian Institute of advanced training of employees of the interior Ministry of Russia” (h. 1.1. article 293 of the criminal code of Russian Federation),” she said.
According to preliminary data, the Institute in Domodedovo have been allocated money for repairs. Work period was not completed, and the money spent for other purposes.
Officials did not monitor the performance of the contract. All this led to a damage for the sum more than 10 million rubles.
