According to the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, the vote on the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation is a time when citizens have to make important decisions. In a blog on his personal website he, in particular, wrote that missed decisions, too, are a serious problem. “Today the President announced the vote on the amendments to the Constitution. It seems that we are not in this. Pandemic, the problems with the economy, what kind of a vote. Indeed, there are problems and serious problems. But missed decisions, too, are a serious problem,” he said. Sobyanin stressed that the pandemic coronavirus revealed not only the strengths of civil society and the heroism of doctors, but also problems in the organization of medicine, science, regional office. In his opinion, it is time to make decisions that will help avoid problems not so much today as tomorrow, in the future. “Ahead of time to prepare for any challenges and to be strong, independent, despite all the hardships. Then success will always be with us and our country. Beloved Russia”, — appealed to residents of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin. Earlier today, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on holding of voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2020. According to the President, this day is appropriate for a vote to change the Constitution of Russia.
