In a blog on his personal website he, in particular, wrote that missed decisions, too, are a serious problem. “Today the President announced the vote on the amendments to the Constitution. But missed decisions, too, are a serious problem,” he said. Sobyanin stressed that the pandemic coronavirus revealed not only the strengths of civil society and the heroism of doctors, but also problems in the organization of medicine, science, regional office. According to the President, this day is appropriate for a vote to change the Constitution of Russia.
