Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has announced a new stage of lifting the restrictions imposed because of the spread of coronavirus. It concerns the sphere of education, culture, industry, recreation and entertainment, as well as providing services to the population.

on July 13, as announced by the mayor in a blog on his website, in Moscow canceled the restrictions on the internal operation of educational institutions. Thus, students can visit the universities, and the students and graduates to take exams in person.

In the capital also lifted the restrictions on the work of parks and recreation, cultural centers, earn theme, sections and circles. The city will return to normal activities children’s camps and children’s entertainment centers.
