When conducting a test of electronic voting, which was attended by 77 thousand Muscovites, failures were recorded. About this mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on his page on the social network “Vkontakte”.
Citizens responded to the question, what is more important for capital to create additional Parking spaces in the yards or to increase the area of greenery.
“On the test vote the defenders of the environment and nature won motorists. Just a test vote was attended by 77 thousand Muscovites. 56% voted that natural areas are more important than Parking lots,” wrote Solanin.
He added that the testing took place on an online platform for the future of voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
