E-commerce continues to grow. Despite the crisis, it grew by 11% in 2021 and is maintaining this course in the first quarter of 2022 with a positive return from services which reached the level of March 2019. With a booming sector, e-commerce companies are at the search for innovative solutions and tools for their customers. “Start-ups are real accelerators. On the one hand, they have the agility and on the other hand, they are very creative. Their know-how benefits all players. With the Start Me Up challenge, we make sure that this and the innovations offered by these start-ups benefit as many people as possible. Large retailers, for example, find ways to develop powerful tools and SMEs can deploy thanks to these innovations. We are really in a virtuous circle” explains Marc Lolivier, General Delegate of FEVAD.
