In St. Petersburg, arrested the musician Stanislav Beleckogo because of disagreements with law enforcement. Details reported in the United press-service of the courts.
According to the materials of the case, the evening of 29 July, the entertainer was stopped by the traffic police in Lomonosov. Law enforcement officers were not satisfied with the tinting of the front Windows on the car Beleckogo. The latter refused to eliminate the violations of technical regulations, i.e. “has had a disobedience to lawful demands of police”.
“the Court has appointed punishment in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 5 days”, — said the Agency.
Add the sanction of article 19.3 of the administrative code allowed you to fine Beleckogo 500-1000 rubles or arrest for up to 15 days.
