According to the regional emergency Department, among the victims were seven children, one of them could not be saved.
According to preliminary data, the passengers of the car are citizens of Kyrgyzstan, including a juvenile.
At the accident site employs 22 people and nine units of equipment of EMERCOM and the police. The victims were hospitalized.
