In the state Duma the bill equating exclusion of the territories of the Russian Federation to extremist activities. This was announced by the head of the Duma Committee on state construction and legislation Pavel Krasheninnikov.
he said, according to TASS, we are talking about amendments to the Federal law “On countering extremist activities”. The amendments clarify the terminology of the law, which now classifies the violation of the integrity of Russia to extremist activities.

Also, added Krasheninnikov, as now spelled out in the Constitution a direct prohibition on the alienation of the territory of Russia or other action for breach of territorial integrity in the criminal code it is proposed to make a new article 280.2 “violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation”. The sanction of article — 6-10 years in prison.
