In the “case of Belgazprombank” has detained more than 20 people. This was stated by the head of the investigation Department of the KGB of Belarus Konstantin Bychek, the TV channel ONT.
According to him, there is “evidence of the involvement of all defendants in criminal cases to crime.” The investigators stated that, “through the remittances on account of foreign organizations, the participants of the criminal scheme left corresponding traces”. Supposedly in offshore jurisdictions for them to open for so-called “firm-wallets”, which accumulated illegal remuneration.
Among the detainees, we recall, was the former head of Belgazprombank Viktor Babariko, who planned to take part in the presidential elections in Belarus on 9 August. Babariko charged with organizing “kickbacks” with the company “Privatizing”.
