According to the Prosecutor, ward Ferdinandusse, the decision was taken after receiving a letter from relatives of those killed in the crash.
“We propose to adopt the provisional schedule of further hearings on the merits and to hold them in February—March 2021 instead of autumn this year”, — said the Prosecutor.
Recall that the court in the case of the death of the Boeing MH17 in the Hague court resumed on 8 June. Airplane flying flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, was shot down over Donetsk region 17 July 2014. On Board were 298 people, no one survived.
Defendants in the case are Igor Girkin (Shooters), Sergey Dubinsky, Oleg Pulatov and Leonid Kharchenko. Investigators believe that the militia shot down the airliner from “Beech”, located in the district of Kursk.
