The court in Moscow arrested in absentia of the Moldavian businessman and politician Renato Usatyi

The Tver court of Moscow sanctioned the arrest in absentia of the Moldavian businessman and politician Renato Usatyi in the framework of the criminal case about organizing a criminal community. As reported by the official representative of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia Irina Wolf, the mustachioed declared in the international search. According to investigators, the businessman in the international criminal community in 2013-2014 participated in illegal currency transactions to withdraw from Russia through the Moldovan Bank of more than 500 billion rubles. The organizers of the criminal activity was having the citizenship of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova Vladimir plahotniuc and Veaceslav Platon. Now they are in the international wanted list, informed the court of them in absentia preventive measure in the form of detention. According to Wolf, the Investigation Department of the MIA of Russia completed the investigation of the criminal case allocated in respect of parties to the international criminal community, which was taken out of Russia over 100 billion rubles. The prosecution in the establishment, guidance and participation in the international criminal community, as well as in illegal currency transactions charged five citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Moldova. He elected a measure of restraint in form of detention.
