the Moscow city court on Thursday considered the appeal on arrest of the adviser of the head of “Roskosmos” Ivan Safronov, accused of treason.
the Court recognized the decision of the Lefortovo court on detention for up to 6 Sep legitimate, and the appeal rejected. As reported by RIA “Novosti”, the meeting was closed from journalists because of the secrecy of the case.
Security Safronova insisted on the measure of restraint, not related to the actual arrest. The accused was present at the hearing and was in “the aquarium.”
Earlier today, one of the lawyers Safronova — Daniel Nikiforov — removed from a meeting in Moscow city court from-that he refused to give a subscription about nondisclosure of state secrets.
Investigators suspect the FSB adviser to Rogozin, the work on the Czech intelligence services since 2012. He faces up to 20 years in prison.
