According to the document, the return of hospitals to work on their main profile need to ensure that the region remained adequate supply of beds for the reception of people infected with coronavirus SARS-CoV-2. In those health facilities that took patients with the coronavirus, the house must be liberated from the patients, and in areas of need by means of specialized organizations to carry out a full decontamination, including to replace filters in ventilation systems. The quality of disinfection should be controlled laboratory. Then the hospitals should fulfil the following requirements: to ensure that placement beds no closer than 1.5 m from each other; to provide access for staff and patients to disinfectants, to provide them with remedies; take patients only in compliance with the rules of social distancing, to arrange the point of health monitoring; be sure to analyze the coronavirus before hospitalization; nutrition of patients to organize in the wards with the mandatory disinfection of utensils; to limit the admission of visitors not related to the delivery of health care; to develop a plan of urgent measures in the detection in the hospital of the carrier of coronavirus.
