In an interview with “AIF” MP expressed the view that the work of graffiti artists can become bright accents that will give the center of Moscow and residential districts additional individuality. Kiselyov added that it is not about bullying.
She also said that the Center of traffic organization announced accepting applications from artists who want to decorate traffic light tables in the capital. “Those who wins, will their art to reflect, to state, to display on these gray boxes next to the traffic lights”, — said the Deputy.
the MP added that “everyone would like in their area to see a little more color, more creativity.”
