In an interview with “Evening Moscow” he said that it will launch “when we get a proven vaccine.” The medic explained that “this is a relatively slow process, but it accelerated”. Pesterev expressed the view that the vaccination of Russians will start “soon — this year”.
According to him, some people can experience adverse reactions to the vaccine because of the individual characteristics of the organism.
Earlier it was reported that a vaccine against the coronavirus, which is tested on the basis of the Burdenko hospital, safe and well tolerated. In Sechenovskiy University today announced the discharge of the first group of volunteers who tested the vaccine.
