The former manor of a merchant of Luke Belyaeva on Preobrazhenskaya square will sell at auction

According to the auction organizer, the Department of Moscow on competition policy, the initial price of the lot will be 20.4 million rubles. According to the head of Department Ivan Shcherbakov, the building is in good condition — worn no more than 30%.

the Former estate of the owner of the paper weaving factory Belyaeva Luke has preserved its historical look, typical of one-story buildings of the industrial area of the early XX century. In the list of cultural heritage, despite the year of construction, it is not listed. It has all the necessary services to open up offices.
