according to RIA “Novosti” with reference to the Commission’s opinion, the authors of the bill proposes to prescribe exactly which animals are home and can not be removed by the owner. It is noted that currently, the bill lacks a definition of “Pets”.
Recall, the bill proposes changes to the Civil procedure code, according to which collecting under Executive documents cannot touch Pets. Currently, the list of animals, the withdrawal of which is already prohibited, includes farm animals, in particular breeding, dairy and working cattle, deer, rabbits, poultry, bees, and forage for their content.
