Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba has proposed authorities to “revitalize” the Normandy format. He wrote about this in his Twitter.
He noted that “revival” is to contribute to peace in the Donbas.
the Minister also added that the Ukrainian authorities allegedly did not see retaliation from Russia.
“Together with its partners, Ukraine seeks to revive the channel and format to reach the world, but does not see the mutual constructive actions from the Russian side,” — said Kuleba.
