If you suffer from vertigo, go your way! For the second time, a giant zip line was just installed, this Tuesday, may 28, on the second floor of the Eiffel tower, on the occasion of the fortnight at Roland Garros. The attraction binds the Iron Lady to the place of the military School, by hovering over the field of Mars. The idea is simple: to put themselves in the shoes of a… tennis ball during a smatch! On the menu: 800 meters of descent to near 90 km/h and 115 metres above the ground. What offer a view of unpayable over all of Paris.

“The sensation is softer than it looks” told AFP one of the courageous who tried to the attraction since its opening, welcoming experience “incredible”.

The zip line, however, is not open to all. The participants were nominated by Perrier, a sponsor of the event, after a great contest on its social networks. The principle: tweeter the more times possible using the hashtag #smashPerrier. The attraction will be open for the duration of the tennis tournament of Roland-Garros, until 2 June.

This is not the first time that the Eiffel Tower is transformed into a gigantic playground. A first zipline had been installed on the Iron Lady, in 2017, already on the occasion of the tennis tournament. In 2010, the legend of skateboarding Taig Khris was slender to the rollers of the first floor of the monument.
