“I wrote a handwritten explanation of what I did yesterday, that it was an experiment not to vote, and to show the vulnerability of the electoral system, particularly in digital,” said Lobkov.
He expressed the hope that in the case of a trial the judge will take his side because “we have done really quite a serious test to the system and not set the task twice to vote”.
